Since Mustique Airways began operating 40 years ago, we have been committed to operating in the safest manner possible. We recognize that safety should be a core value of any airline, and we work hard to instill those values in all of our staff, from top management all the way down to our customer service agents.
Mustique Airways has developed a Safety and Quality Management System specific to our operations in order to actively manage the risks inherent to any operation of our type. We work to ensure continuous compliance with local regulations set forth by the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA), as well as requirements from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
In 2017, Mustique Airways became the first and only operator in St Vincent and the Grenadines to obtain a Third Country Operator Certificate (TCO) delivered by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). This qualifies us as the only Vincentian air carrier allowed to fly to the European Islands (Martinique, Guadeloupe, etc.)
In order to continuously maintain this high standard, regular audits and inspections are conducted by local and European Civil Aviation.
